Is it safe to use the Love from O'Baby range throughout my pregnancy?
Yes, all our products are free of any harmful ingredients and chemicals making it safe for both mother and baby that is our promise of purity.
How does the organic mothers belly balm assist in the appearance of stretch marks?
Our belly balm contains both tangerine and cocoa butter two ingredients that are known for there effects of resurfacing and toning the skin. By using the belly balm you will see that your skin remains firmer and the stretch marks are less severe than without.
Is it safe to use the Love from O’Baby products on newborns?
Yes, our products are safe to use on newborns as they are chemical and GE free they contain no harmful ingredients. However as with all skincare products we do suggest that you test on a small area first as skins sensitivity may vary.
It is true that using essential oils can be harmful during pregnancy?
It is said that using raw essential oils on the skin can sometimes have unwanted side effects, however the ratio of our products makes it safe to apply our balms and crème’s throughout pregnancy.
Gift vouchers
How can I redeem my gift vouchers?
You can redeem your vouchers easily on our website.
After selecting what you would like to purchase, simply make your way to the online checkout, you will be asked how you would like to pay. Select voucher and then you will be asked to type in your promotional code that is on the front of your voucher.
Please note that any remaining credit will be stored on our system and you will be able to come back at a later date to use the remaining credit.
Can the gift vouchers be sent directly to the recipient or will it come to me first?
It is up to you, you can choose to have them sent to the billing address or to the recipients address. Please note that we are able to add a personal message from you if you choose to send it straight to the recipient.
Delivery
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Delivery times will vary slightly from place to place.
For New Zealand orders North Island 2-5 days, South Island 5-7 days.
For Australia NSW, VIC, QLD approximately 6-8 days and for remaining Australian states please allow up to 10-12 days for delivery.
All other countries please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
We are able to organise alternate shipping options should you require your order sooner for an additional cost.
What happens if something that I order is not in stock?
In the unlikely event of us not having something available at the time of ordering we will happily let you choose an alternate product or if it is not urgent we will endeavour to get your chosen product to you as soon as possible, this should take no longer than 2 weeks for New Zealand and Australia.
Alternatively if you find no other products you would like to order we will organise for reimbursement to your credit card. |
